Refund policy

Delays in shipping and item availability may vary due to delays. If an item is sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not issue a refund to the original method of payment. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted & will be sent back at the customers' expense. Return and exchange shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return. Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled. Please allow 7 days for your return/store credit to get processed.

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Eyewear/Sunnies
Hair Accessories
Bralettes + Intimates + Bodysuits
All items must be returned within 14 days of the item being received. We will use the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. We do not provide shipping labels.

Once the return is received you will receive via email an e-gift card.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item please email savedclassyandchic@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item and the order number.

Exchanges

Due to our changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges. But, you can use the e-gift credit you receive to make another purchase.
